RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. No questions asked.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@zelloa.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. If you have tried the product and are not satisfied with the results, you are still eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@zelloa.co if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards and items purchased during final sale promotions.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, return your current order once approved and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@zelloa.co
