Welcome to Zelloa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zelloa.co (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered on it (collectively, the "Services"). The Site and the Services are operated by Bismuth LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 ("Zelloa," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

Zelloa sells cosmetic products, including the Perfect Shade Lipstick. We work to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, current, or error-free, and actual color may vary depending on your device screen and, for our pH-adaptive products, your individual lip chemistry. Products are intended for personal, cosmetic use only.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.

4. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundle Offers

From time to time we offer promotions such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free," "Buy 2 Get 2 Free," bundle pricing, and limited-time discounts. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, apply only while supplies last or for the stated period, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended at any time. Free or bonus items included in a bundle are treated as part of a single discounted order for the purposes of returns and refunds.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or unlawful activity, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and any shipping fees. We do not store full payment-card details; payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer fast, free shipping within the United States. Orders are typically delivered within 6-10 business days after processing, and a tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at contact@zelloa.co within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price of your order - no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. 9. Cosmetic Use, Safety, and Disclaimer

Zelloa products are cosmetics intended for external use on the lips only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Before first use, we recommend performing a patch test. Discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you experience irritation, redness, swelling, or any allergic reaction. Do not use on broken, chapped, or irritated skin. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known allergy or sensitive skin, consult a healthcare professional before use. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list prior to use.

10. Testimonials and Results

Reviews, testimonials, ratings, and statistics displayed on the Site reflect the individual experiences of specific customers and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Cosmetic results vary from person to person based on individual factors including skin and lip chemistry, application, and expectations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including the Zelloa name, logo, text, graphics, product images, photographs, and design - is owned by or licensed to Zelloa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the latest changes took effect. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability
