Everything. You have 90 days from delivery to make up your mind, opened or unopened.
If the colour isn't for you, if it doesn't behave the way you hoped, or if you simply changed your mind — email and we refund you in full.
No restocking fee. No photos to send. No justification required.
That's the whole point: you can't test a pH lipstick on a screen. So we carry the risk instead of you.
