Where is my order?
Every Zelloa order ships from our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery then takes 6–10 business days, depending on where you live.
You'll receive an email with a tracking link the moment your tube leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, email us at with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
